Returns & Refunds

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work with you to find a resolution.


Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only before the item is prepared for shipment. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Custom Orders: Orders for custom-colored items cannot be canceled, as they are made to order.

  • Health & Safety Policy: For hygiene reasons, adult products that have been used are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items: If an item is damaged during production, we will gladly provide a replacement.

  • Warranty & Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are outside the warranty period.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. If an order is refused due to unpaid duties, it may be returned to us (subject to the policies of the shipping carrier and customs authorities).

  • Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: If an item is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund only for the product cost once the item is received back in its original condition. Any shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping, if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Abandoned or Unreturned Packages: If a package is abandoned, seized, or destroyed by customs due to non-payment of duties, no refund will be issued.
